Heather Law is a Director and the licensee responsible for Essential Strata Management (ESM). With over 30 years of administrative experience Heather brings a highly relevant skill set to ESM; having worked in the areas of facilities management, project management (including the building industry), and small business management.
Heather is committed to changing the face of the delivery of strata management services in the Bega Valley by working collaboratively with owners and executive committees to provide customised solutions to the myriad of issues that each strata scheme is presented with.
Heather holds a BA (Psy), Certificate II in accounting, Certificate IV in frontline management, Certificate IV in property – strata management, NSW Strata managing agents license, and is a member (licensed manager chapter) of Strata Community Australia.
