The company was formed to bring more choice to the South Coast for strata schemes wanting to engage a strata manager.
Over the years, Essential Strata has received numerous requests to manage buildings on behalf of our clients. We originally started in the Bega Valley and over the years Essential Strata has received numerous requests to manage buildings on behalf of their clients from further a field and we have expanded further south down to Merimbula and Eden and to the north servicing up to Nowra including Narooma, Batemans Bay and Ulladulla. Essential Strata brings clients a transparent, accountable, boutique strata management service to meet their needs and expectation. Many local strata schemes are self-managed and unaware that the increasingly complex and changing strata laws make this a very risky prospect for owners and committees. We choose to be a corporate member of Strata Community Australia, the peak industry body for everything strata in Australia. We are kept up-to-date with quarterly magazines, frequent newsletters, and training. |
