Essential Strata Management Pty Ltd is owned by solicitor Dominique Rideaux and strata manager, Heather Law.
The company was formed to bring more choice to the Bega Valley for strata schemes wanting to engage a strata manager. Many local strata schemes are self managed and unaware that the increasingly complex and changing strata laws make this a very risky prospect for owners and committees. We choose to be a corporate member of Strata Community Australia, the peak industry body for everything strata in Australia. We are kept up-to-date with quarterly magazines, frequent newsletters, and training. |
